Carlos Aranis Olivares

His practice focuses mainly on providing counsel on contractual, corporate, and tax matters, with a special emphasis on corporate restructuring processes, and in mergers and acquisitions of companies. In addition, Mr. Aranis holds vast experience in the judicial defense of civil, commercial, labor and tax matters, as well as in domestic and international commercial arbitration.

He has been an attorney for the Chilean State Defense Council since 2001, focusing his practice in civil law, administrative law, financial law, and arbitrations of public works concessions.

Mr. Aranis is a board member of several companies, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of stock brokerage firm K2 Corredora de Bolsa.

Francisco Javier Domínguez Argomedo

Diego Orozco Cáceres

Barbara Tafur Chirinos

Beatriz Montoya Machant

She has worked in various industries, such as Construction, Communications, and Event Planning, among others. Ms. Montoya has extensive experience in management positions leading multidisciplinary teams in the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Management Control and Budgeting.

She has also executed various consulting projects, via the provision of advisory services in the areas of Project Assessment, Process Optimization, Administrative and Finance Management for productive companies, and the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard.

Andrés Zavala Muñoz
